Support & Managed Services Engineer

Now we aspire to continue writing our success story in Bulgaria. Therefore we are looking for motivated and highly skilled individuals to join our Outsourcing & Managed Services Center in Sofia.
 
In this role you will:

  • Solve customer issues in regards to our software; that is prioritize the incoming inquiries, analyze the problem and find a solution or a workaround. If needed there is second level support available, where you can obtain mentoring or escalate to
  • Operating hosted systems and applications under MS Windows and Linux
  • Maintenance of the Support Infrastructure
  • Ensuring the performance and availablity of systems we host for our customers in complicance with Service Levels
  • Plan, implement and optimize mission-critical operating systems and platforms as part of an ITIL compliant operation
  • Central monitoring of systems, applications and performance
  • Systemstatus reporting

You will be competent in most of the following:

  • Knowledge in common operating systems, databases (e. g. MS SQL and Oracle) and protocols (e. g. TCP/IP, http(s) and ftp)
  • Experience with ERP- or EAI-solutions
  • Fluent English language is essential
  • German language skill is a plus
  • We also expect:

  • Ability to drive given tasks to completion
  • Willingness for shift work
  • Analytical thinking

You are the ideal candidate if you already have experience in customization and implementation of software solutions or in software support.
