Now we aspire to continue writing our success story in Bulgaria. Therefore we are looking for motivated and highly skilled individuals to join our new Customer Service & Support Center in Sofia.
Responsibilities
As a customer care professional you will be a troubleshooter, providing help to our international customers in French. Your tasks will comprise one or more of the following:
- Solve customer issues in regards to our software
- Servicing incoming customer tickets, e-mails and telephone inquiries
related to SEEBURGER’s products - Understanding and delivering service as required by predetermined service levels
- Guide customers in the use of software applications
- Operating hosted systems and applications under MS Windows and Linux
- Maintenance ot the Support Inftastructure
- Ensuring the performance availablity of systems and platforms as a part of an ITIL coplaitn operation
- Central monitoring of systems, applications and performance
- Systemstatus reporting
You will be competent in most the following:
- Knowledge in common operating systems, databases (e.g. MS SQL and Oracle) and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, http(s) and ftp)
- Experience with ERP or EAI-solutions
- Fluent French language is essential
- Good written and spoken English langugage
The following additional skills will be an advantage:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Experience with programming language
- English language skills
