The quality of our products is one of our main focuses. Therefore we are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to expand our Quality Management Department in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tests
- Optimize and automate test execution
- Execute and monitor functional tests in both manual and automated environments
- Report and track the life cycle of discovered bugs
- Assist the development department in integration tests phase
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous professional experience as QA and strong interest in this area
- Knowledge of QA processes, testing and automation of testing
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle
- Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
- Experience with Windows test environments (incl. virtual machines)
- Experience with databases and communication protocols
- At least basic Java programming skills
Soft skills:
- Passion to break things
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Willingness to adopt, follow and further develop the QA process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail and quality oriented
- Active knowledge of English language (both spoken and written)
- German is an advantage
